ON A MORE SERIOUS NOTE:
APIFSA has been working hard this past year with it’s involvement in the CSUEB Presidential Search, making sure that the process was equitable/fair and that Asian American concerns were heard during the process; and the WASC: Campus Climate Outcome Team. Throughout the past year, members were active in a variety of activities to make sure that CSUEB is a place that is open to all. Also, APIFSA wrote a letter in support of tenure for Dr. Mei-Ling Wu. Our heart felt congratulations to Dr. Wu: tenured at Cal State East Bay in June 2006!
